“Train smart, move well, and leave feeling better than you arrived“
My training journey started in Thessaloniki, long before I earned a PhD in civil engineering. Somewhere between formulas and barbells, I realized that coaching people beats a 9-to-5 desk life any day.
Background/Training
I first stepped into a gym at the age of 15 and quickly fell in love with weightlifting. Sports have always been a big part of my life, I started playing basketball, my favorite game, at 12, which helped shape my discipline and competitive mindset. Over the years, I’ve earned several fitness certifications and began teaching in gyms as a side pursuit while working professionally as an engineer. This blend of technical thinking and hands-on coaching allows me to train with structure, purpose, and passion.
Training Philosophy
I’m motivated by movement done right and by people who are willing to try. I enjoy the process of refining, adjusting, and pushing things just a little further—until good becomes better and better becomes natural.
What motivates you
Progress, energy, and that moment when something finally clicks. I need the challenge, I need the interaction, and I definitely need to see people walk out stronger than when they walked in.
Music Style
House sets the rhythm for the session, but when it’s time to sprint, the old-school Rocky-style tracks take over. Warm-up and stretching are all about smooth, laid-back vibes—the kind that help you switch off your mind and just breathe.
Fun Fact
Every gym I’ve ever worked at first met me as a client—if the vibe was right, I stayed… and eventually got the job.
