“Proud but never satisfied”

Born and raised in Spain, sports have always been something of vital importance since I was a kid. When I was 5 years old I started playing soccer. At 9 I started practicing Judo and at 12 I started playing paddle tennis. Later, at the age of 17 I joined a gym for the first time to train and there I realized that training, sport and health were my passions. When I finished my degree, I dedicated myself to becoming a fitness trainer and help others to achieve their goals and get the best out of themselves.

My inspiration as a fitness instructor always has been to help others achieve their goals and to see that happy face when they finish the training, they have worked hard and surpassed themselves.

Training Philosophy:

Lift heavy, run faster and listen to great music… Dancing will always be welcome

Fun fact:

Spanish but I don’t like bullfights or flamenco. Spanish food though… Love it

Guilty pleasure:
