Falling in love with ‘doing weight’s’ in the gym took a while – in fact I used to fear them before trying it for the first time and instantly got hooked on interval training. During my childhood I was a true sports lover and tried all kinds before I found my passion in figure skating and dancing.
It is absolutely important for me to balance out my office work with sports of any kind. When working out, I can focus on myself, do something that energises me and also makes me feel better afterwards – not just physically but also mentally!
Seeing people push themselves and believe in them while having fun makes me super happy!
