Watching individuals challenge themselves, break mental barriers, and achieve things they never imagined attempting is an unreal feeling – and itโs exactly why I do what I do.
Originally from South Africa, sport has always been a huge part of my life and has shaped who I am as a coach. I may seem kind outside the room ๐ but the moment we step into the workout room, itโs time to train like an athlete and move with purpose.
Background/Training
I represented South Africa in Gymnastics and spent years competing in swimming and running – so sport has always been my life. When I moved to Zurich, I got certified as a trainer and everything clicked. High-energy sessions, a strong community, and workouts that push you to your best – thatโs what I stand for..
Training Philosophy
My sessions focus on smart, effective training that builds strength, endurance, and confidence. But the real power comes from the community – a supportive, high-energy environment that challenges and inspires you to bring your best, every time you step into class.
What motivates you
Iโm motivated by people. By the energy of a room moving together, pushing limits, and supporting one another. Building a strong community where effort is celebrated, progress is earned, and everyone is pushed to show up as their best.

Techno and deep house to keep the energy highโฆ and sometimes a classic banger to really send it!
