Born and raised in Kalamata, Greece, I’ve been passionate about sports since the age of 4. My journey started on the volleyball court, where I spiked my way through professional leagues until the age of 30. With a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s in sports nutrition, I’ve managed to combine my two great loves: saving lives in the lab and transforming them in the gym.
For seven years, I ran my own fitness studio back in Greece, and now I’m here to share my love for fitness with you. Whether you’re lifting weights or just trying to lift your spirits, I’m here to make sure you leave every class having given your all—and with a smile on your face.
