I grew up in the chaos of London, which taught me to remain calm and composed under pressure, approaching challenges with clarity and steady focus. While fitness is an important part of my life, my interests extend well beyond it, reflecting broad curiosity and a balanced perspective. Whenever I get the chance to travel, I gravitate toward beaches over cities, valuing space, calm, and perspective.

Background/Training

I have been active since the age of six and began structured weight training at sixteen, building a strong foundation of discipline and consistency. I hold a Level 4 Personal Training qualification, reflecting both formal expertise and long-term practical experience.

Training Philosophy

There are no victims in a workout. As long as you train safely and give 100 percent effort, every session is a choice, a commitment, and an opportunity to improve. If you are willing to commit five days a week, nine hours a day, for 10, 15, or even 20 years of your life to a company, then there is no excuse not to give at least 60 minutes a day to yourself and your own health

What motivates you

What motivates me is the opportunity to change people’s lives and reshape their perspective on what is truly difficult. I am driven by an awareness of where I came from and a clear vision of where I want to be. Maintaining my health and fitness, while working toward financial freedom, gives me the platform to lead by example and prove what is possible through discipline and commitment.
