I’m an ex-elite cyclist, born and raised in Belgium, where I founded my own personal training and group class studio, FRIS CLUB, for the last 6 years. But in 2025, I left that all behind to move to beautiful Zürich. I’m known for my high energy, strong presence, and ability to connect with people quickly. My sessions combine intensity with a positive atmosphere – so you work hard, but enjoying the work and the process is just as important.

Background/Training

With over 20 years in sports, I started playing basketball on a national level before moving into elite-level cycling, where I competed for eight years. That experience built my discipline, resilience, and mindset. After my cycling career, I became a performance coach and personal trainer and earned a degree as a Sports and Movement expert. Since 8 years as a coach, I have worked with beginners, athletes, and entrepreneurs, always adapting my approach to the individual.

Training Philosophy

Enjoy what you do, but don’t stay comfortable. Progress comes from pushing your limits, and most people know when they’re holding back. My focus is to challenge that, while keeping training fun and sustainable.

What Motivates Me

Growth. Seeing people achieve things they didn’t think were possible. What motivates me? The same thing.

It’s about chasing challenges that feel out of reach and proving to myself they’re not.

Music Style

Techno and drum and bass – high energy, no slowing down.

Fun Fact

I have a constant inner voice that pushes me toward the next (crazy) challenge – most of the times impulsively. Whether it’s deciding to run 80 km along the Belgian coast at night or jumping into an ultramarathon without proper preparation, once the idea is there, it doesn’t go away. It’s that mindset that keeps me sharp, curious, and always ready to push beyond my limits.
