“Push yourself, it’s worth it!”
I love helping people to get out of their comfort zone. I also love to hear from you. After each class, you’ll find me outside with notebook and pen. If I can improve or add something, let me know!
My five years goal is to accomplish a feat of strength every year: I started last year with my first marathon and ultramarathon swim (14km). This year I failed to swim the lake of Zurich (26km) but completed my first half ironman under 6 hours.
