My classes are filled with positive energy, community spirit and a program that will take you to your next fitness level. I will push you outside of your comfort zone, while you will be surrounded by music that makes you feel like you are in a club and an energy that will give you that extra spark during and after your workout.
Don’t mistake me for my Swedish sweetness, if you come to my classes, you will definitely feel it the next day and experience results.
What motivates me:
Improvement of the participants and when they come back and say that they feel much happier, healthier and more energized since they started attending the classes.
Favorite vacation spot:
France and Italy
Won’t leave home without:
A huge handbag – just by the way, workout clothes take up a lot of space in the bag, so I blame the size on them π
