Josie

“Push yourself. Enjoy the process. Leave feeling unstoppable.”

I’m a Swedish girl, born and raised in Zurich. I grew up in a very active family where we do everything from skiing, to tennis, golf and scuba diving. I’ve always been a very outgoing, bubbly and social person, and I love being surrounded by people and bringing positive energy into every room I enter. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, and my passion lies in horse riding.

I discovered ATOMIX as a client and instantly fell in love with the concept, the workout and especially the community. Now, as a coach, I want to give my clients that same feeling.

Background/Training

An active life has always been important to me. My love for training eventually led me to the other side of the room. I spent a year in New York, where I was able to coach Strength & HIIT classes and that’s also when I realised that just as much as I love doing the workout myself, that I also love being the one coaching.

Training Philosophy

I believe working out is an investment in yourself. My goal is not simply to make you work harder – it’s to help you find enjoyment in the process, challenging yourself and discovering your full potential. My biggest goal is for my clients to leave the room feeling strong, energetic and happy.

What motivates you

I find my motivation in seeing people discover their own strength. For me, training is about so much more than just pushing yourself through a workout – it’s about finding a love for movement and feeling strong, capable and confident in your body. I want my clients to experience the same feeling I had after my very first ATOMIX workout: that ”I can’t get enough of this” feeling. I want every client to leave a workout feeling stronger – not only physically, but mentally too. I want them to want to come back for more.

Fun Fact

If I’m not at the studio, working out or studying, you’ll find me at the barn – on the back of my horse. Horse riding is my biggest passion and, funny enough, it’s also where I go to switch off and relax.
